Greetings,

Beginning in February 2016, we have had the opportunity to participate in Siddha Yoga Meditation Sessions via Live Audio Stream. This series of meditation sessions is designed to support us in our study and practice of Gurumayi’s Message for 2016.

In Meditation Session IV, The Unwavering Flame in the Heart, participants will practice traveling to the madhya by focusing on the steady flame of the Self in the space of their heart.

It is a great pleasure to share with you that in this month of celebrating Baba Muktananda’s 108th Birthday, this meditation session will be streamed live from Gurudev Siddha Peeth, the Ashram that Baba founded in India, and where he lived and taught for many years.

We will participate in this event via audio webcast at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Seattle on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

Bring any materials that will support you in establishing a comfortable meditation posture, including your asana, a folded blanket and/or a couple of small flat cushions. Please, remember to bring your journal and a pen.

Please be seated by 6:45 a.m.

For details about registering for the meditation session, please call 206-417-7282, e-mail info@symcseattle.org, or visit the Siddha Yoga path website. Participation in previous sessions is not required for registration for this session.
