Welcome!

The Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Seattle (SYMC – Seattle) is open to people of all ages who wish to engage in the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation, chanting, service, and giving. Rooted in the wisdom of India’s ancient sages, Siddha Yoga welcomes people of all faiths and cultures, teaching that divinity lies within each human being.

We warmly invite you to chant and meditate from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. every Friday.
We also invite you to join us for the Shri Guru Gita chant on Saturdays from
8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at our new temporary location.

The Siddha Yoga path is one of inner transformation, based on the study and implementation of the timeless teachings of the Siddha Yoga Gurus and enlivened by the grace of Siddha Master Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.

Meditation Sessions via Live Audio Stream 2017

Session V: Recognizing Your Own Goodness

Saturday, July 15, at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (USA)

Throughout the year, we have had the opportunity to deepen our understanding of Gurumayi’s Message for 2017 and strengthen our sadhana by participating in the Meditation Sessions 2017 via Live Audio Stream.

These sessions are suitable for seekers new to the Siddha Yoga path, as well as experienced Siddha Yoga meditation practitioners.

In Session V: Recognizing Your Own Goodness, participants will follow the breath to the source of their own divine qualities.

This meditation session will be streamed live on the Siddha Yoga path website on Saturday, July 15, at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (USA).

We will participate in this event via webcast at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Seattle on Saturday, July 29, at 7:00 a.m. Recitation of Shri Guru Gita will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Please be seated by 6:45 a.m.

You may also participate online through the Siddha Yoga path website. After the conclusion of the live audio stream, this event will become available as an audio webcast.

Bring any materials that will support you to establish a comfortable meditation posture, including your asana, a folded blanket, and/or a couple of small flat cushions. Please remember to bring your journal and a pen.

You are warmly invited to participate in the Siddha Yoga Celebration Satsang in honor of Bhagavan Nityananda’s Punyatithi.

In this Celebration Satsang, you will listen to a bhajan sung by Gurumayi, hear a reading from Baba Muktananda’s book Bhagavan Nityananda of Ganeshpuri, chant Bhagavan Nityananda’s name, and meditate.

Our friendly, supportive stack of blankets and pillows has gone into storage. When you come to our temporary location, please bring your own pillows and blankets. Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Church has plenty of comfortable chairs available to us.

Amrit will be taking a pause until further notice.
