The Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Seattle (SYMC – Seattle) is open to people of all ages who wish to engage in the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation, chanting, service, and giving. Rooted in the wisdom of India’s ancient sages, Siddha Yoga welcomes people of all faiths and cultures, teaching that divinity lies within each human being.

We warmly invite you to chant and meditate from 7:30 to 9:00 every Friday evening and every second Tuesday of the month. We also invite you to join us for the Guru Gita chant every Sunday morning at 8:10, and for light breakfast afterwards.

The Siddha Yoga path is one of inner transformation, based on the study and implementation of the timeless teachings of the Siddha Yoga Gurus and enlivened by the grace of Siddha Master Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.

On February 21, 2015, the first live stream meditation session, Know the Self, was streamed on the Siddha Yoga path website.

The second meditation session, Focus on the Goal, will be streamed live online Saturday, March 28, 2015, 7:00 AM Pacific time.  For details about how to participate in this event online, please visit the Siddha Yoga path website, www.siddhayoga.org

The series, entitled, Siddha Yoga Meditation: Monthly Meditation Sessions via Live Audio Stream is a perfect opportunity to engage with Gurumayi’s Message for 2015.

We will be participating in this event via audio webcast on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 7:30 to 9:00 PM at the SYMC in Seattle. Please arrive in your seats by 7:15 Pacific time.  Registration will be open soon!

The Muktananda Dhyana Saptah is a day-long teaching and learning event focused on the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation and silence.

One participant in the Muktananda Dhyana Saptah shared this experience:

The practices throughout the day gradually encouraged me to make peace with my mind and go deeper into the stillness of the Self. The Muktananda Dhyana Saptah will take place at Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Seattle, Saturday, March 28, 2015 from  8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

On January 1, in A Sweet Surprise satsang, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda gave Siddha Yogis and new seekers her Message for 2015.
Each year, Gurumayi’s Message is accompanied by Message Artwork, a visual means by which to explore the year’s focus of study. By having darshan of the Message Artwork, by reflecting and meditating upon it, you further your experience and understanding of Gurumayi’s Message.
